What's your refund policy?
If something isn't working the way we scoped it, we rework it until it does. That's included. We scope tightly upfront so there are no surprises, and we don't consider a build complete until it's running the way we agreed. And if you ever want to end the relationship, we hand your data back and decommission your infrastructure. You own it; we just return it cleanly.
